For shops using Boukt. Plain words, no small print.

Who we are

Boukt is run by Boukt Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, number 17567971. Registered office: 49 Baylis Road, London SE1 7AU. You can reach us through the sign-up form. French Crew Barbers Ltd, which runs this platform, is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), registration number ZC295095.

What you get

Boukt gives your shop a booking website, a staff app and the features of the plan you choose: the free plan, or a paid plan from £49 a month. Setting your shop up is free. We keep it running, fix problems and add new things over time.

Paying

The free plan costs nothing and needs no card. A paid plan's price is taken from your card each month from the first month, through Stripe. Prices are in pounds. We never take a share of what your customers pay you. If we change a price, we tell you at least 30 days before.

Stopping

There's no contract. You can stop at any time and you won't be charged again. Before you go we'll give you a copy of your bookings and customers.

Your customers are yours

Your bookings, customers and price list belong to you. We only use them to run your shop on Boukt, and we never contact your customers except for the messages you switch on.

Using it fairly

Please only use Boukt for a real business, keep your login to yourself and your team, and only message customers who've agreed to hear from you.

If something goes wrong

We work hard to keep Boukt running, but sometimes things break. If they do, we'll fix them as fast as we can. Our total responsibility to you is limited to what you've paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing here takes away rights you have by law.
